Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Bidz.com Refer a Friend Program. By referring a friend, purchasing through the program, or otherwise participating in the program, the referring customer and/or referred friend, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Bidz.com Site and Purchase Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

• Refer a friend program is open and available to all individuals who are registered with Bidz.com.
• There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make or Bidz Bucks credits they can receive.
• Bidz Bucks will only be awarded if the referred individual is a newly registered member and their first purchase has shipped.
• There are three level of credits:
• Level 1: Refer a friend = you will receive $15 Bidz Bucks for their first purchase
• Level 2: Your Friends Referral = you will receive $10 Bidz Bucks for their first purchase
• Level 3: Their Friends Referral = you will receive $5 Bidz Bucks for their first purchase
• Bidz Bucks will expire 6 months after award date if not used.
• Offer is void if your account is suspended or deactivated.
• Use your Bidz Bucks towards any purchase at Bidz.com or Buyz.com. Each Bidz Buck is worth $1 in store credit and may be used at checkout.
• Bidz Bucks can only be applied when selecting credit card as the payment method at check out.
• Bidz Bucks can be issued in a form of a check when the amount has exceeded $500.
• Bidz Bucks can be used towards merchandise subtotal and services, shipping and handling, taxes, and transaction fees. It may also be combined with any other offers from Bidz.com unless otherwise specified.
• One referral credit per physical address, credit card, PayPal account or other payment method.
• Refer a Friend program is valid for Bidz.com and Buyz.com only and does not apply to Quality Art, Holy Land, and Lithuania purchases.
• Program is void where prohibited

Bidz.com reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend the Refer a Friend program at any time and for any reason. Bidz.com reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any customer participating in the program and to disqualify anyone from receiving credit if it is determined that the customer has not complied with the rules of this promotion.

Spam, including unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited bulk email, mass email, and junk email, is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone withouttheir prior consent or in the absence of aprevious relationship.

Bidz.com referral program is meant to encourage people to introduce the benefits of Bidz.com to their friends. It is not intended to encourage spam. Anyone who is found to have spammed other Internet users in an attempt to gain referral credits will lose their Refer-A-Friend program privileges. Should your privileges be revoked, any referral credits that you have acquired will be voided.
